Online Payment and Refund Policy
Our online payment policy has been formulated to ensure the security and privacy of our customers as well as our business operations. We kindly request all users to review this policy carefully before initiating any payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
We support the following modes of payment:

- Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- UPI
- Net Banking / NEFT / RTGS

The security of your payment information is of utmost importance to us. All payment transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway that employs SSL encryption to safeguard your personal and financial data. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
Refund & Chargeback Policy
In the event a user wishes to raise a claim or initiate a chargeback for any reason, the request must be submitted within 12 hours of the successful transaction, along with the relevant claim details. Any such refund, upon due verification and at the sole discretion of the Company, shall be processed via the original payment gateway or through any other appropriate means.
The applicable transaction charges are as follows:
- Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, etc.) — Transactions below ₹2,000: 0.40% per transaction
- Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, etc.) — Transactions above ₹2,000: 0.75% per transaction
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, etc.) — 1.40% per transaction
- Net Banking (HDFC) — ₹50 per transaction
- Net Banking (Other Banks) — ₹25 per transaction
- UPI — ₹0 per transaction
The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of credit/debit card information, the verification process associated with such cards, or any error or inaccuracy in the information disclosed and utilised — whether or not in connection with a legal proceeding.
